Professional and Interpersonal Behaviour
1. We shall demostrate in our behaviour and language respect and appreciate for the unique value of human potential of each child.
Every child deserves to be respected as a human being and appreciated when they put an effort into something, this helps buid their confidence, makes them excited, and eager to learn and explore things in the environment.
Enhancement of children's families' quality lives
2. We shall advocate for equal access to high quality services and supports for all children and families to enhance their quality of lives.
Children have rights that protect them and as an educator I am required to ensure that these rights are observed to promote equality and wholistic development for all children.
Professional development and preparation
3. We shall support professionals new to the field by mentoring them in the practice of evidence and ethically based services.
Mentoring professionals new to the field of early childhood education is one of my goals. There is need for mentorship inorder to have professionals who are devoted and are good at this work
